01.06.2011 BizIT Global is registered in Promotion of Software Industry System According to Resolution N° 127/2011 dated on April 26th of 2011 BizIT Global is registered in National Software Developer and IT Services register created by law N° 25922, after an intensive process of achieving all the requirement stipulated by the regulation, for example having a Certification of a Quality Control (Management) and Assurance System, as well as complete fulfillment of legal, economical, tax, labor, etc. in the country. All beneficiary of this regime will have fiscal stability until the date stipulated by the law. This benefit implies that companies won´t have raises when it comes to the total amount of national taxes, from the moment the beneficiary is registered. Also won´t be subject or liable to withholding tax perceptions (IVA), and also will have a 60% reduction in the amount of Income Tax. This law wants to improve the competitiveness of this industry to help the international participation of companies that are mostly Pymes (medium and small business). Also allows to pay the Income Tax with tax credit equivalent to the 70% of the employer contributions which are paid by companies for the employees they have. As well the law stipulates deduction of 60% of the Income tax that includes the profits from Export. In the last 6 years, software industry was one of the most productive in Argentina´s Economy and fastest growth. Its production increased 278%, Exports had a growth of 329% y and increased the employment rate in 240%. Analyzing export specifically, in 2004 the sales of this industry brought u$s 170 millions; in 2006 about u$s 300 millions; in 2008 close to u$s 504 millions and in 2010 u$s 730 millions. Today export reaches 45 countries, most of them of Latin America, but also to EEUU, Canada, Italy and Spain. The increase in exports over the period 2004-2010 was an annual average of 21,8%, number larger than export of goods in the same period, that was 12%; and services had a 16,7 per cent.
